Making this bread comes from my own love of small molds, the molds used are small plates for learning to cook, and the name "Super Pills" was chosen by my circle of friends, so many small pills are mixed and it's really super exciting, but seeing the finished product of America I told myself to keep doing it next time...

How TO MADE Super wheat bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. A day in advance, mix the ingredients and the dough into a slightly smooth dough, cover with a preservative film and refrigerate in the refrigerator.
2. After 15 hours in the refrigerator, the dough is ready (relatively speaking, the higher the water content, the faster the dough will ferment).
3. After tearing the medium and the main dough material, place it in the wrapping machine bucket, select the dough for 10 minutes, pause for 5 minutes and continue the dough for 15 minutes.

Steps 5 to 8
5. At the end of the dough, the dough is rounded and the basic fermentation continues with the bread machine.

7. After 45 minutes, use your fingers to remove the clump from the dried powder, and the hole will not shrink or collapse, or shrink slightly, and the fermentation is over.
8. After exhausting, the dough is kneaded into thin elongated shapes, without loosening, directly dividing the dough into average 9 g sizes (8 g or 10 g are OK), for a total of 64 servings.
Steps 9 to 12

10. Since it takes a certain amount of time to knead 64 doughs, due to the time difference in fermentation, I divided the dough into 2 steps to knead them.
11. After dividing, the first step is to roughly knead the dough, there are many ways to knead the dough, and you can do it in your own way.
12. In the second step, the kneaded dough is quickly kneaded again, and the bottom is squeezed together (the bottom must be squeezed together, otherwise it will not look good when it breaks).
Steps 13 to 16
13. Place the well-mixed dough in a suitable mold.
14. Put it in the oven for a second cooking.
15. At the end of the second period, brush the surface with egg juice and sprinkle sesame seeds.

17. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
18. At the end of the preheating, the bread is placed in the middle layer of the oven and baked for about 25 minutes.
19. When the film is removed, it is dried and cooled, because the bottom is not contaminated with the plate, the removal of the mold is very smooth, the bottom can be removed directly from the top.
20. The upper color of the mold looks much better than the ordinary mold, the sides and the bottom are bright golden yellow.
