  I've always liked to make bread with homemade yogurt.I made a lot of dates in the last two days, this time I made dates bread! I made my own pure dates, no sugar, no additives, nutritious and healthy.The finished bread is very soft and sweet!

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

400 grams of high-quality flour
Yogurt 160 grams (appropriately adjusted according to egg size)
Two eggs.
50 grams of white sugar
Olive oil 40 grams
5 grams of yeast
4 grams of salt
A moderate amount of dates

How TO MADE Yoghurt and dates

Steps 1 to 4

1. The ingredients in the recipe, other than the dates, are placed in the packaging machine in order to enter the barrel and process the dough.

4. The dough is placed in a warm, moist place for basic fermentation to about twice the size.

Steps 5 to 8

5. (Packed in preservative film, selected from the fermentation menu)

6. The dough is opened with a doughnut stick (growing square) and exhausted.

7. Fold it three times and open it three or four times.

8. (The purpose is to remove the air from the dough so that the organization is evenly distributed.)

Steps 9 to 12

9. Divide into 16 doses, cover the preservative membrane and relax for 15 to 20 minutes.

10. The agent is pressed flat with the hand, pressed thin on the edge, and wrapped in date pulp.

11. Pack it up and put it in the oven.

12. Flower-shaped method: After filling the bag, press it slightly flat, first cut four equal parts with scissors at the opposite corner, and then cut one more in the middle of each equal part!

Steps 13 to 16

13. After forming, it is kept warm and moist, and the second fermentation is doubled.

14. In this step, I open the oven to start the fermentation, and at the bottom of the oven, I put a bowl of hot water for the fermentation.

15. Brush the eggs on the surface and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

16. Sprinkle sesame in the middle of the flower-shaped bread, and use a clean doughnut to dip the sesame on the head of the doughnut.

17. Preheated oven, 170 degrees heat, 160 degrees low heat baked for 18 minutes, surface colored geyser paper.

18. After the oven, dry it on the net and cool it!

19. Oh, there's another dish baked separately!

20. After drying, keep the bread bags tightly sealed.

21. I keep it in a smart vacuum freezer.

22. The bread was soft for a week, no plastic bags.
