Cream sandwiches

The method of kneading is as follows: first stretch the dough, then fold it back, squeeze it open, turn it 90 degrees clockwise, and so on, do not more than 8 times, put it back in the bowl and cover it with a wet towel, knead it again 8 times after 10 minutes, again after 10 minutes, again 8 times
8. Put the dough in the bowl for an hour, it will take longer in cold weather, at least to see the dough clearly grow twice as much.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Apply oil to a box about 7.5 inches square, with a piece of baking paper at the bottom
10. Remove the dough, knead it, and roll it again.
11. And you get something like this.
12. The one with the opening is lowered into the box, and then it's fermented to about twice the size, about 20 minutes, but that really depends on the weather.
Steps 13 to 16
13. My fermentation is about this big, and I sprinkle powder on the surface.
14. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, bake for 45 minutes, ready?
Handy cooking tips
The outer layer of the bread is usually hard when there is no bread maker, and sometimes it is hard after using the bread maker, but this one adds sour cream, the fat in the cream gives the square a softer outer layer.Also, it is recommended that you leave some space for the bread when you try it, because if it succeeds, the bread will still grow big.This bread is a little soft, but it's very different from the toast outside, and it's more suitable for friends who want to eat bread and don't want to spend time rubbing their faces.
