How TO MADE Black sesame toast
Steps 1 to 4
1. Except for butter and black sesame seeds, all the ingredients are packed in barrels.
2. Add butter to the expansion stage and continue with the dough.
3. Grinding until a large thin film can be pulled out, i.e. the full stage
4. If you find that there is leftover sesame at the bottom of the bread barrel, you can also take the dough out and put it on the dough mat, and rub the leftover black sesame in with your hands.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Then the mixed dough is put in a bread barrel to ferment, and I first fermented it in a bread machine for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Then turn off the power and use the residual heat to continue fermenting the dough until it's twice as big.
7. When the dough is well fermented, use your fingers to poke holes in the dough, so that the hole does not shrink, and the dough does not collapse around, so that it is ready for fermentation.
8. Remove the air from the dough, divide it into three parts, knead it, cover it with a preservative film, and let it stand for 20 minutes.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Take a slice of dough.
10. Roll the dough in on both sides and flatten it again.
11. Roll it from top to bottom, and the rest of the dough will do the same.
12. The rolled dough is placed in a toast mold and sent to the oven for a second fermentation, the oven remembers to put a bowl of warm water, the fermentation to eight percent is enough
Steps 13 to 16
13. The fermented dough is brushed with butter on the surface (at this point the oven is preheated to 175 degrees), after the oven is preheated, the toast mold is sent to the bottom of the oven, baked on the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes, then baked at 160 degrees for 20 minutes, for a total of 40 minutes.
14. After coloring the middle, remember to add tin paper in time.
15. (The oven temperature is for reference only, as the temperature difference varies from oven to oven.)
16. Please adjust the temperature according to the temperature difference in your oven.
