Whole wheat bread
If you don't eat the meatloaf you brought back from Taiwan, it's going to expire, so it's okay to make bread this weekend.

Steps 1 to 4
1. Pour whole wheat flour, milk powder, salt, white sugar into the mixing bowl and then put it in the Angie yeast to mix evenly!

4. Whole wheat flour does not look as good as high-quality flour.
Steps 5 to 8
5. The lid is left to ferment at room temperature to 2-2.5 times its size.
6. The fermentation time is related to the temperature of the fermentation environment, and the fermentation time is adjusted according to the ambient temperature!
7. The fermented dough is about 900 g after pressing the exhaust, divided on average into 15 parts (60 g/g) and covered with a preservative film for 10 minutes!
8. Starting with the first round of dough, the dough grows square.
Steps 9 to 12

Steps 13 to 16
13. A small bowl of hot water can be placed in the oven to increase the temperature and humidity!
14. After the second awakening, remove from the oven, preheat the oven at 165 degrees for 5 minutes and then put in the oven's middle layer for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the state of the individual oven)
15. After baking, remove while it's hot and brush the honey on the surface of the bread to brighten it up!
16. It is not recommended to put it in the refrigerator, as the bread will harden after putting it in the refrigerator!
