Handmade bread
I'm sure a lot of moms are worried about what they're going to cook for their kids for breakfast or dessert, and they're a hundred times more worried about what's out there, and they always want to save the healthiest for their babies.I've seen a lot of recipes, but there's no one that's right for a one-year-old baby and a one-year-old lazy mom, and after many tries, I've decided to share this improved recipe with you.First of all, the bread machine, any brand is good as long as it has the same function (as long as it's not broken).
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
350 grams of high-quality flour30 grams of white sugarOne whole egg.50 grams of breast or cow's milk50 grams of butter or cheese100 grams of water4 grams of flourSoy sauce or pumpkin purple potatoes in moderationDried grapes in moderation
How TO MADE Handmade bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. If you use pumpkins or purple potatoes as a filling, please put the pot steamed first and then knead the dough as a backup (you can add 10 g of cheese or butter). If the ingredients, especially purple potatoes, are not so tasty, you can add about 15 g of sugar as desired to avoid the special taste of purple potatoes that babies do not like.
2. Add all ingredients except soy sauce (pumpkin purple potatoes) and grapefruit butter (cheese) to the bread machine barrel (note: yeast flour must be placed on top to avoid water affecting fermentation)
3. After an hour, it should be twice as big. Take out the dough, drain the gas from the inside on the board (so that the air holes are even after baking the bread) and rub the dough again by hand for five minutes.
4. Add the filling (mask into a cake shape, add the filling in the middle, fold the cake left and right, fold the same way as the blanket to the middle, and then decorate it with a little bean sand and raisins as shown in the picture).
Steps 5 to 8
5. You don't have to worry about it being sweet, it's all mixed in, and we didn't add much sugar before.
6. Graphical effect
7. After 15 minutes of waking up in the bread maker, you can choose 8 options (making dough) or you can choose to wake up directly and naturally until 8 minutes full so that the filling of the bread does not melt in the dough.
8. I chose the dough-making function (my bread chance to re-mix and re-ferment the dough) so that the soy sauce and raisins would melt in the dough, but they wouldn't look and taste as sweet when eaten.
9. Of course the grapes won't break...
10. It's so soft that it's suitable for children to eat, and you can see that the soy sauce melts in it.
11. Select the baking function (option 12) baking 38-42 minutes I didn't choose the color because my menu baking only changes the time automatically for an hour I'm watching the baking for about 40 minutes I'm watching the baking at any time don't bother after all the fire for the baby is not only big but also dry if you have a baking machine or oven you can choose the color
12. I didn't brush the egg yolk on the surface, but if you want it to look beautiful and smell appetizing, brush a layer of egg yolk lightly while baking for 20 minutes so that it doesn't flow.
Handy cooking tips
Think of the film, take it out of the bread machine and beat it a few more times on the board.
