This is the first time I've been able to do this in my life.
I'm using Kitchenaid's cooking machine and dough, and I'm using the baker's selection and dough model, and I'm using the 450g toast model.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
250 grams of high-quality flour190 ml of milkWhite sugar 25 grams15 grams of butter2 grams of salt3 grams of yeast15 grams of cocoa powder10 grams of water (for cocoa butter)
How TO MADE This is the first time I've been able to do this in my life.
Steps 1 to 4
1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, yeast and milk into a dough
2. Add butter, stir until elastic dough or start
3. How much longer does this membrane live and learn?
4. Add 315 g of flour to 15 g of cocoa powder and stir evenly, as cocoa powder, add 10 g of water in the meantime to make the cocoa powder easier to knead (or not, the amount of water depends on the situation) cut the remaining amount after 315 g into white flour (remember to cover the white flour with a cloth to avoid drying)
Steps 5 to 8
5. Mix the cocoa dough evenly.
6. I put the bread in the fridge at night, and the next day I had free time to take it out.
7. After fermentation to double the size, divide the white dough into 3 40g and 1 50g; the cocoa dough into 3 70g and 1 100g
8. Roll the cocoa dough long and tight, remember to close the mouth.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Wrap the white dough a little longer than the cocoa dough, wrap the cocoa dough tightly, or the bread will be hollow.
10. 70 grams of cocoa dough is rolled up like this, 40 grams of white dough, 100 grams of cocoa dough is rolled up like this, 50 grams of white dough.
11. Mix each dough into a toast mold twice as long.
12. Cut all four long ones in half into eight (6 small; 2 large)
Steps 13 to 16
13. Put the three small ones in pairs and try to keep the three doughs together as much as possible.
14. The second layer has two large ones, which are also paired, and the last layer has three small ones, trying to make the dough as dense as possible.
15. I made it with linen, and I remembered to cover it with a cloth that was two to twice the size (I used about 45 minutes, depending on the room temperature), and when it was done, I put it in the oven at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
16. There's a surprise in the roast chicken!
Steps 17 to 20
17. The giraffe toast is done.
