Tea and cream toast

Ingredients

How TO MADE Tea and cream toast
Steps 1 to 4
1. Mix all the materials.
2. Stir until complete (i.e. pull out a large thin film, knead the dough, the dough is tough, the crack is smooth)
3. After inspecting the dough, roll it round and put it in a warm place to ferment until it is twice the size.
4. The dough is aerated, divided into three equal parts, rolled round and loosened for 30 minutes.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Open the dough, fold the dough and press the thin bottom (as shown in the picture).
6. Scroll from right to left.
7. Roll all three in turn.
8. The lid is loose for 15 minutes.
Steps 9 to 12
9. The loose dough is opened again, flipped over, and pressed thinly at the bottom.
10. Roll it up.
11. Put it in the toast mold.
12. The toast box is placed in a warm place for a second fermentation, fermenting until the mold is nine percent full.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Baked in a preheated oven, heated 150 degrees, lowered 190 degrees, oven bottom for 40 minutes.
14. Immediately after the furnace, the mold is removed.
15. After drying, the slices are sealed and stored.
16. The next morning I started making breakfast.
Steps 17 to 20
17. Fry a bag of eggs.
18. Fry slightly on the pan with the oil of the scrambled eggs and the ham.
19. Cut the toast on all sides and put the salad dressing on top of the toast.
20. Release the meat.
21. Put on the ham and eggs.
22. Put another piece of toast on top.
23. Eat your food!
Handy cooking tips
It is recommended to dilute the tea powder with water and then add it to the dough.
