Steps 5 to 8

5. The fermented dough is exhausted, divided into 12 small portions, rolled, and awakened for 15 minutes in the middle of the preservative film.

6. In the process of waking up, we divide the red bean sand into 12 small portions, about 20 grams each.

7. After 15 minutes, knead the dough with a doughnut stick.
