Coconut bread
I love to eat cereal and I love whole wheat bread, so I made it myself, using homemade coconut oil, healthy and with the smell of coconut!
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
350 grams of high-quality flour50 grams of whole wheat flour1 teaspoon of salt10 grams of fine sugar1 teaspoon of yeast250 ml of water25 grams of coconut oil50 grams of black grapes75 grams of grain
How TO MADE Coconut bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. Mix the flour, whole wheat, salt, sugar and yeast evenly and slowly add water to the mixture.
2. Add coconut oil to a smooth and elastic (starting) dough, then add raisins to mix evenly
3. Sprinkle the flour into a dough and cover the dough for about 45 minutes.
4. The dough should be doubled in size and the dough should be rubbed out.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Divide the dough into 3 parts, knead it thinly and roll it, sprinkle water on the surface and then sprinkle the mixture on the oiled baking tray (each dough should save space to avoid sticking together after doubling), and do the final fermentation for 45 minutes or up to twice as long
6. Cut the surface of the fermented dough with a small knife, then put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, and if you don't think the surface is colored enough, you can bake it for a few more minutes.
7. Finished product
8. The mixture I mixed myself, there's oatmeal, black and white sesame, poppy seeds and pumpkin seeds.
