How TO MADE Red sugar rolls
Steps 1 to 4
1. Put the red sugar in a bowl, heat the water (that's 160 grams of water) until the red sugar melts, dry and cool.
2. Put flour, oatmeal, yeast, and salt together.
3. The red sugar water is poured into the packing machine, then poured into the powder, the kneading mode is turned on, the dough is formed, the butter is added, and the kneading is fully expanded.
4. The dough is fermented to twice its size, then the dough is removed, divided into two pieces, separately peeled, sprinkled with dried fruit, and then rolled from one head.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Boil two bowls of water in the oven, then put the bread in the middle layer for a second fermentation (heating the water to give the bread the right moisture and temperature for fermentation) for about 30 to 40 minutes
6. The bread is baked in a 180-degree oven for 22 minutes, and the slices are ready to eat after baking.
7. Look, here's today's breakfast: red candy rolls, candy cake, homemade milk tea and jam (used to spread on bread) and pears.
Handy cooking tips
It used to be 240 grams of high-quality flour and 60 grams of whole wheat flour, but we didn't have any whole wheat flour, so we replaced it with 35 grams of oatmeal and 25 grams of high-quality flour. The other red sugar is 24 g, because I don't think red sugar is sweet, so I increased it to 50 g (the sugar may sound amazing, but red sugar is far from as sweet as white sugar, even if 50 g is eaten, it's only slightly sweet).
