  This toast is one of the most popular toasts I make at home.This toast is full of milk and has a soft texture.It's very well organized.It won't dry for two days.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

500 grams of high-quality flour
6 grams of yeast
60 grams of white sugar
280 grams of milk
One egg.
20 grams of milk powder
40 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of salt

3. Add butter in the middle of the dough.

6. Rub the air out of the dough, divide the dough into six parts, knead it in a circle and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
