Onion and cheese bread
The dough was so tired that I decided to put it in the bread maker.It's not enough to eat five at a time, so I decided to make an extra-sized version.

Steps 1 to 4

9. Start the second fermentation, the oven selects the fermentation function, 60 degrees, 40 minutes.

11. About 45 minutes, send to twice the size, take out
12. Squeeze the soy sauce, evenly put on the masurilla cheese, and sprinkle the onions.
13. (Fresh onions are baked in the oven after the cheese is cooked, and the onions are baked in the oven with the cheese!)
14. 185 degrees, medium, top and bottom, about 20 minutes.
