Cream bread
It's actually small particles of butter and sugar powder, and it's a bit like the cream in a biscuit, but it's softer and better to eat with bread!

How TO MADE Cream bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. 30 g of sugar powder mixed evenly with 50 g of low-fat powder and 5 g of milk powder
2. Add 40 g of melted butter
3. Grind it by hand.
4. All the ingredients except the butter are mixed in the dough, then the butter is added to the dough and the thin film is made.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Let it ferment to twice its size, and the hole won't shrink.
6. The fermented dough was divided into small doses, which I put directly into the paper cup to save money.
7. For a second fermentation of about half an hour, sprinkle the wheat flour in the oven, raise and lower the middle layer, 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Handy cooking tips
The baking time is adjusted according to the size of the bread, don't rub the dough too much.
