European Whole Wheat Bread
This is my improved bread maker recipe, without adding a drop of oil, increased the amount of whole wheat and nuts, for four people, a total of 1640 kilocalories, 50 g of protein, 46 g of healthy fat, 26 g of carbohydrates, 269 g of calcium, 263 mg of phosphorus, 826 mg of iron, 25 mg of healthy food rocks!!!

How TO MADE European Whole Wheat Bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. (1) Clean the bread machine, secure the bread barrel and the turning knife.

3. Then the bread maker automatically cooks the dough! This is when you're ready to add the fruit! (4) Put the peanuts in a preservative bag, crush them with a toast stick, mix them with oatmeal, and put them together for backup.
4. (5) After about half an hour, the bread maker's whistle sounds, add the mixed fruit, and you're good to go. (6) After two hours, the hot bread with the thick cornstarch comes out of the oven!
5. The bread is all nuts! It couldn't be better!
6. Slice the whole bread, wrap it in a preservative bag, cool it and put it in the refrigerator for preservation.
7. You can eat it straight, you can cook it in milk, you can make a toast, you can make a sandwich, you can make a pizza, you can make an ice cream bread pudding!!! So great!!!
Handy cooking tips
This is a typical European whole-wheat bread, with a harder flavor, but if you prefer a softer flavor, you can replace the whole-wheat flour by half with high-fiber flour, and then add some butter or vegetable oil to make the bread softer.
