How TO MADE American corn bread
1. Preparation: all raw materials are weighed.
2. Heating butter to liquid.
3. Scattered eggs.
4. Thaw the quick-frozen corn kernels and pour them into the cooking machine or tofu machine with buttermilk/yogurt to make a thin paste (it doesn't take long, I only took half a minute, some corn kernels are better to eat)
5. The oven is preheated at 220°C.
6. If you like a delicate taste, you can sift it once after mixing the flour.
7. Mix honey and liquid butter, add red sugar to melt, add egg yolk to melt, and finally mix with cornstarch.
8. A small pit is dug in the middle of the powdered raw material, into which the liquid mixture is poured and stirred until it is a thick paste without dry powder.
9. For added flavor, a moderate amount of dried fruit (I use raisins) can be evenly spread.
10. The dough is poured into the mold, placed in the lower layer of the oven, heated at 200 °C and baked for 30 minutes until the surface is golden yellowish and crisp, then it can be baked.

Handy cooking tips
Buttermilk, the English name for cheese, is a fermented dairy product that is sold directly in the United States.I'm lazy, so I replaced it with yogurt, which is sour anyway, and there's not much difference in the taste of each person's feet.DIY buttermilk recipe: 1 cup of whole milk (about 240 ml) + 1 TBSP of lemon juice/white vinegar (15 ml), stir and let stand for a while until slightly solidified.
