Steps 5 to 8
5. It's important to feel personal, and if you don't feel good, it affects the final height of the bread.
6. A small hole is punched by hand, does not bounce back immediately, and the hole is smoothly maintained in its original state, i.e. the process is completed with one shot.
7. At the end of the shot, remove the dough, exhale, divide into eight small doughs, and wake up (15 minutes).
8. When you wake up, be sure to cover the lid or put a fresh film on it to prevent moisture loss.
Steps 9 to 12
9. After loosening, the dough is rolled into an oval shape, pressed thin along the edge, rolled from top to bottom, rolled into an olive shape.
10. Placed in the oven, the final fermentation is suitable at a temperature of 35-38 °C and a relative humidity of 80-85%.
11. It should also be covered with a lid or a protective film to create a relatively humid environment.
12. Cut a slice with a small knife and fill it with a pre-prepared onion filling.
13. PS: It's a little smaller, but it'll look better if it's bigger.
14. Oven middle layer, 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
