This is the Chinese bread that I've been referring to in the past, I've made a toast, I think it tastes good, so try the bread this time!

How TO MADE Small and Medium Bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. Prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients in the main ingredients into the dough, cover with a preservative film, and refrigerate for more than 17 hours.
2. Prepare all the ingredients (the big bowl is medium-sized dough, refrigerated)
3. Mix the dough in small pieces with ingredients other than butter in the ingredients (a little milk, you need to add more, I only use a little in the square)
4. Add butter to the dough until it expands, then knead it until it comes out of the film, (you don't have to knead it until it's full, you don't have to make this small bread), cover it with a preservative film, warm it for 40 minutes.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Wake up, the dough is big.
6. The dough is drained, weighed, divided into six equal parts, and then kneaded.

9. Cut in half, face down, and press slightly.

11. Put the pan in the oven, put a bowl of hot water underneath, ferment for another half hour, remove the honey water (or egg juice) and sprinkle the sesame
12. Place the pan in a preheated oven, cook the lower 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then the upper 190 degrees for 5 minutes.
