  On the eve of May 1st this year, I caught up with my mother's birthday, in addition to making a cake for her like last year and then the whole family went to the restaurant to celebrate, I also asked her specifically which three wishes she made when blowing candles on the cake, my mother only wanted to tell me one because it was related to me, she said she wanted to learn to make bread with me, asked me if I had time recently?I'm really in a hurry to tell you that I have time, so let's say this May 1st, you two wait for me to bring back what I need to put together, believe it or not, I really brought an oven to my parents!I just feel sorry for my mother at her age, why she has to spend all day around the kitchen stove, and usually she always sends bread to her elderly family from time to time, plus almost every month she sends them vouchers for several bakeries, and from time to time she sends them something else to eat, so their old appetite doesn't come at all, so I'm especially curious why my mother suddenly wants to learn how to make bread, so she calls me secretly...

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

3 cups of high-quality flour
1/4 cup of milk
One tablespoon of white sugar
2 teaspoons of yeast
Salt 1 and 1/4 teaspoon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
One cup of water plus two tablespoons
Chopped garlic 2 ⁇ 3 petals
Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
3 tablespoons of melted butter

How TO MADE Garlic bread

Steps 1 to 4

1. All the bread ingredients are put into a stirring vat (be careful not to let the yeast and salt sugar come into direct contact) and stirred until a large solid film is pulled to the finished state, covering the preservative film to ferment twice as much in a warm, moist place;

2. After removing the exhaust, the dough is divided into an average of 10 pieces, rolled one by one and then covered with a preservative film for about 15 minutes;

3. Forming: Take a dough, put a little flour on your hand, rub the dough into a 25-centimeter long strip, and then beat the dough into a single lump.

4. Insert the top node into the middle of the bottom insert; insert the bottom node into the middle of the top insert.

Steps 5 to 8

5. Place in a pan covered with oil paper (or baking cloth) for final fermentation to twice the size; apply the pre-prepared surface seasoning to the fermented dough;

6. Preheat in the oven at 185°C to 190°C, medium layer, bake for 15 to 18 minutes until brown.

7. (If you like dark colors, cook them for a while.)
