WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

High starch flour 120 grams
30 grams of whole wheat flour
40 grams of soup
1.5 grams of dry yeast
10 grams of butter
40 grams of white sugar

Steps 1 to 4

1. All ingredients except butter are mixed in the main ingredient and kneaded into a smooth, initial-stage dough.
