How TO MADE Rural whole wheat bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. All ingredients except butter are mixed in the main ingredient and kneaded into a smooth, initial-stage dough.
2. Pour into butter, soften until fully expanded, add raisins, walnuts, mix evenly
3. Cover with a preservative film and put in a warm place to ferment twice as much.
4. Fermented dough is divided into two parts after exhausting the air and formed into the shape you like.

5. Second fermentation
6. Preheat the oven 180 degrees Medium upper and lower heat for 25 minutes (temperature and time are self-adjusted according to the heat of the oven. The baking process needs to be carefully observed)
