  Because my cousin came, and just like that, we started this big project.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

High starch flour 300 grams
Active dry yeast 1 ⁇ 2 (self-determined) grams
Warm water (about 35 degrees) about 100 grams
White sugar self-sufficient
prefers salty cocoa salt
A moderate amount of sesame
just sprinkled on the surface
A moderate amount of edible oil

How TO MADE Small bread for the family

Steps 1 to 4

1. The tools used are as dry as possible: sift through the high flour, dig a small hole in the middle, add yeast, sugar, and warm water (do not pour all the warm water, no more sugar and yeast will do, mainly melt them), stand for 5 minutes

2. Stir with a chopstick, then add water (and don't pour it all, just pour the 100 grams of water a few times separately anyway), add water and stir to all the high-flour lumps.

3. Hand-pressed and added to cooking oil (also added separately)

4. Cover it with a preservative film, or a wet cloth, and start fermenting (I put a little water on the surface of the dough, which is said to be easier to ferment) preferably at a higher temperature, because the speed will be faster, up to twice as much (about 1, 2 hours)

5. The bottom of the rice cooker, the wall brush oil (I brushed a thick layer, to prevent the bottom from sticking), put the dough in and continue to ferment until it is twice as big (in fact, I don't know if there is twice as much wood, I put it for an hour, it feels a little high).

6. After cooking, press the cooking button, soak for about 20 minutes after jumping the valve; turn the surface (and brush a layer of oil) press the cooking button, sprinkle sesame, soak for a while after jumping the valve!

7. The skin feels crisp and hard.
