This toast is based on honey toast, with the addition of some liquid fermented with rice wine, thus reducing the amount of yeast powder, while the liquid made with rice wine, fermented for a long time, also makes the flavor of the flour more prominent.There's also the fact that it doesn't use sugar, but instead uses honey, which makes the toast healthier.

Steps 1 to 4
1. It is first mixed with rice wine and 80 grams of bread flour to form a paste, then fermented at low temperature for about 15 hours, with the dough in the state shown in the picture, with many bubbles, and more than doubled in volume, the liquid is ready to ferment.
2. Pour the liquid into the container, add the milk powder, water, and salt.

5. Put in softened butter for about 10 minutes.

8. The bucket is covered with a wet cloth, and now the seasonal room temperature fermentation can be done without opening the bread machine, fermenting the dough to twice the size, pressing your fingers will not bounce.
Steps 9 to 12
9. If it's winter, you can use the baking machine's fermentation function.
10. The fermented dough is taken out of the mold and rolled from one end.

13. This toast is just a simple shape, it's still the equivalent of a one-button, but it's hot now, and the one-button dough gets too thick, so it's used in this semi-manufactural way.

15. Ferment the dough for 2.5 hours and brush the egg yolk on the surface.
