1. Prepared ingredients: bread flour, coconut milk, milk powder, eggs, butter, coconut oil, coconut oil, white sugar, salt, high-sugar yeast.
2. First, add 200 grams of bread flour, 10 grams of coconut milk, 40 grams of milk, 60 grams of eggs, 37 grams of white sugar, 20 grams of salt, 2 grams of high-sugar yeast, and 3 grams of yeast to the baking machine.
3. Then insert the dough into the baking machine, start the dough in 10 minutes with custom and dough timing.
4. After ten minutes, add 16 grams of butter and set the time for 15 minutes.

5. For the dough, we prepare 50 grams of coconut flour, 25 grams of butter, 17 grams of egg yolk, 13 grams of coconut milk, 12 grams of milk, 15 grams of white sugar, and 10 grams of milk powder in a bowl.
6. Then prepare the pulp: mix 50 grams of milk powder, 50 grams of coconut milk powder, 20 grams of white sugar and stir evenly.
7. The dough is fermented until it is dipped in flour with your fingers and the hole is not bounced back.

13. The filling is wrapped in a bag, then the folded side is poured down and placed in the grill pan, covered with a wet cloth to begin the second fermentation.
14. Ferment until the bread dough is clearly doubled in size, and pour the dough evenly on each small loaf of bread.
15. Then sprinkle some coconut on the surface.
16. The middle layer is placed in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, during which time the surface is covered with tin paper to see if the color is suitable.

Handy cooking tips
1 To make this bread, I thought it would be better to use a higher pan, and it would be better to squeeze it between the small loaves, I tried to use a pizza plate to spread the baking, and the resulting pizza plate would turn black without touching the dough of the small loaves.2 I used 100 grams of foam, the mold is 4.5 cm, the liquid comes out a little bit when baking, the next time I try 90 grams I think it's fine, so you'd better make it with a deep-fried pan.3 Please don't put everything on the menu into the bread dough, I've written the ingredients very clearly in each step, please weigh the inside filling, the skin and the dough separately.
