Cinnamon bread rolls

Steps 1 to 4
1. Mix 80 grams of sugar and 4 grams of cinnamon powder evenly.

High starch flour 200G sugar 20G salt 4G fermentation powder 3G unsalted butter 15G milk 130ML cinnamon powder 3G mixed into a smooth, stretchable dough, placed for about an hour for the first fermentation, after the first fermentation, lightly press out the internal air, again kneaded into a round shape
3. The dough is grown into rectangular thin slices about 45 cm wide and 20 cm wide. A layer of melted butter is applied on top.
4. The mixed cinnamon powder is evenly sprinkled on top.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Roll it up.
6. Cut into small pieces about 3 cm wide.
7. As shown, a small part is rolled back at the end to form the head of the snail, and the remaining large volume forms the body of the snail.
8. Put it in a paper bowl and gently flatten it to make it tighter inside.
Steps 9 to 12
9. It is then left for about 30 minutes for a second fermentation.
10. After the second fermentation, a layer of egg juice is brushed.
11. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees and bake for about 13 minutes.
12. After drying, paint the eyes with black and white chocolate.
