The Toussaint Pyramid
I prefer the perfect combination of sweets, soy sauce and bread! I like it, dedicated to the cooks who like sweets and soy sauce as much as I do.

How TO MADE The Toussaint Pyramid
Steps 1 to 4
1. Preparation of raw materials;
2. With the exception of butter, all the raw materials are mixed in a packing machine barrel and stirred to the expansion stage;
3. Divide the dough into 100 g/piece of dough, knead round, loose; (Note: when loose, cover the surface of the dough with a wet cloth or preservative to prevent the dough from drying out)
4. The loose dough is wrapped in about 50 grams of soy sauce, and the bottom interface is good.

5. Open the dough wrapped in soy sauce, not exceeding the width of the mold, as shown in the picture;
6. The knife is cut from top to bottom (only one layer of the top surface is cut).
7. Turn around and roll up and down (be careful not to roll too tightly)

Steps 9 to 12
9. When you wake up, you're eight or nine minutes late.
10. Wake up, cover the mold, start baking; heat at 180°C for about 22 to 25 minutes.
