Sweet toast
My husband doesn't like toast baked in butter, so he experimented several times to make toast to his liking.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
High starch powder 300 grams160 grams of milk55 grams of white sugar4 grams of salt5 grams of yeast10 g of olive oilOne egg.
How TO MADE Sweet toast
Steps 1 to 4
1. Put all the ingredients except olive oil in the bread maker, open and knead the pattern, knead twice
2. Mix twice and pour into olive oil for another 10 minutes.
3. Insert a chopstick into the dough and let the dough rotate around the chopstick (be sure to hold the chopstick in your hand so that the dough comes out strongly)
4. Put the good dough in a bowl, cover it with a preservative film or plastic bag, put it in the refrigerator and ferment it at low temperature for 12 hours (the first night and the good dough, the next morning it's just fine).
Steps 5 to 8
5. This is the dough after 12 hours of low-temperature fermentation.
6. The dough is divided into three discharged portions and covered with a preservative film for 15 minutes.
7. The dough grows in strips, is rolled up, and is then rolled into tongue-shaped rolls from top to bottom.
8. I made two more fillings, one with soy sauce, one with raisins, and then I put the filling in, and then I rolled it up, and then I rolled it up, and then I rolled it up again.
Steps 9 to 12
9. I put it in a toast box, and I put tin foil in the toast box, and it's easy to take off the mold, and you can paint the walls inside the toast box.
10. In the oven, put a small bowl of hot water (about 50 degrees) in the toast box, put the middle and lower layers at 40 degrees, ferment for 30 minutes.
11. After cooking, bake the bottom layer on a 170°C medium heat for 40 minutes, (toast box covered with lid or tin paper)
12. After 40 minutes, the toast is eaten and the toast is warm and put in the bag, otherwise the toast will harden and affect the taste.
Handy cooking tips
Olive oil can be substituted for butter or corn oil, and this toast is just as sweet, with 5 to 10 grams of sugar added if you like it sweeter, and 10 grams less if you don't like it sweeter.
