Peanut butter bread
I love the smell of coconut milk! This is used in the bread machine and the dough, it can also be mixed by hand, it has to come out of the glove membrane to make the perfect silk-flavored soft bread.The whole process takes about three hours.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
High starch flour 300 grams150 grams of milk50 grams of white sugar30 grams of corn oil or butter2 grams of saltOne egg (about 60 grams)3 grams of yeastA moderate amount of coconutOne egg yolk.
How TO MADE Peanut butter bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. Put all the ingredients in the wrapping machine in the order of the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast, and start a dough process.
2. (My bread maker is 20 minutes away)
3. After the one-step process, the dough has some expansion, at which point corn oil or butter is added (if corn oil is preferably added three times to prevent oil splashing) and the one-step process is started again.
4. At the end of the second process, the dough is more extensible and the glove membrane can be pulled out.
Steps 5 to 8
5. If the membrane is not ideal, another addition procedure can be initiated.
6. Turn on the fermentation function, watch the dough almost twice as big at any time, poke the flour on top of the dough with your hand, the hole does not shrink or collapse to indicate that the dough is fermented.
7. Remove the dough and quickly knead it on the panel, divide it into 3-4 portions after exhausting, and let the lid loosen for 10 minutes.
8. Take one of the doughs and cut it like this, two knives at the top without cutting, and make three threads of silk (the cut is more sticky so you can touch the right amount of flour)
Steps 9 to 12
9. I made four flowers, put them on a pan, put them in a warm place, and fermented them in my oven.
10. Ferment to twice the size, brush the surface with egg yolk, sprinkle coconut powder.
11. The oven is preheated at 180°C, and the fire goes up and down.
12. Baked for about 20 minutes, if you don't like the color too heavy, you can bake it halfway through the baking process.
13. The finished product, perfect lace! The taste is great!
