9. Rub it into a slightly sharp stick, as shown in the picture, and ferment it in the same way.

10. The fermentation is 1.5 times bigger so you can steam it, put it in a pot of cold water, steam it for 12 minutes, steam it for 1-2 minutes and it comes out of the pot, I use a steam oven, the same time
