In the last two days, I've made three slices of this bread... just because it's so good to eat!! It's become our family's new favorite!! This bread is loved by everyone, everyone eats it, it's good to eat it fried! The bread is very soft, the coconut milk is sweet on the outside, it tastes good in the mouth~ There are many recipes online, this recipe is exactly what I improved after doing it 3 times~

WHAT YOU NEED

250 grams of high-quality flour
170 grams of milk

3 grams of yeast
22 grams of butter
100 grams of whipped cream
28 grams of flour
A moderate amount of coconut oil

How TO MADE A properly bathed coconut bread

Steps 1 to 4

1. The bread material other than butter is kneaded to the expansion stage, i.e. the smooth surface can be pulled out of the membrane but the membrane is easy to break.

2. (If you use a baking machine, follow the principle of putting the liquid first and then the powder); add butter and mix until the stage of full expansion, i.e. the surface is very smooth. You can pull out a large very thin glove film.

3. The round is placed in a stainless steel bowl, sprinkled with water on the surface, covered with a preservative film, and left to ferment twice as much at a warm temperature for about 1 hour.

4. (Please pay attention to the size of the fermentation pot, so as not to be too small); ferment to twice the size, put a little flour on your finger, drill a hole in the middle of the dough, and after pulling out your finger, the dough will not shrink, i.e. the dough has fully fermented.

Steps 5 to 8

5. The dough is thinned with a rolling stick on a silicone mat, exhausted; rounded, called a weight, divided into nine parts; rolled separately.

6. It is coated with a preservative film and cooked for 15 minutes; after cooking, the air is exhausted separately, then rolled round and placed on a grill pan.

7. 100 grams of coconut milk and 28 grams of sugar powder are mixed and stirred together for 1 minute in a manual egg beater; the coconut milk is brushed evenly on the surface of the dough with an oil brush, the remainder is poured directly into the mold, and the right amount of coconut flour is sprinkled.

8. Put it in the oven at 170 degrees for 28 minutes; after 10 minutes, the bread has turned yellow, cover it with tin paper to prevent it from being baked.

Steps 9 to 12

9. It's all stuck to the side.

10. It's not too dark.

11. Eat well.

12. What's going on?
