  This bread is adapted from the original corn hill potato bread, mainly adjusting the filling part, the simple potato made into bread is very tasty, the bread layer is soft, the potato filling is sweet, a bread brings an incomparable feeling of happiness, warmth this winter.

Dough: moderate
250 grams of high-quality flour
20 g of white sugar

10 grams of milk powder
180 grams of water
7.5 grams of turmeric powder
4 grams of flour
12.5 grams of butter
7.5 grams of flaxseed

300 grams of potatoes

How TO MADE Potato bread

Steps 1 to 4

1. Put all the dough except the butter into the bread machine, be careful not to let the yeast and salt come into direct contact, then open it and process the dough once.

4. The potatoes are peeled, steamed or cooked, crushed, the butter is pre-melted, added to the potato filling, all the ingredients are mixed evenly.

Steps 5 to 8

5. Because my sweet potatoes are baked sweet potatoes are drier, so I use refined milk, and if the sweet potatoes are bigger with boiled water, I can use 18 g of sugar plus 8 g of milk powder to replace the refined milk.

6. When the dough is well fermented, remove the exhaust gently.
