Grape seed bread
After buying the oven, I always wanted to make lasagna bread, but I didn't have time, just a few days off on New Year's Eve, I made this bread, referring to other people's recipes, I added raisins, fortunately once successful, another variety on my daughter's breakfast table.

1. Weighing the Materials

First pour the liquid into the baking machine, add sugar and milk powder in one corner, add salt in one corner, put the powder on top, and dig a small hole in the flour, put it in the yeast, open it continuously and knead the process for 20 minutes, and after the dough is made put it in the raisins, and at the end of the dough process you can get a large area of membrane
3. Remove from the bread barrel and put the good dough in a large bowl, cover it with a preservative film and ferment it in a warm place, or ferment it directly in the bread machine
4. Until the dough is doubled in size.
Steps 5 to 8
5. The dough is removed, kneaded, and divided into five small doughs of equal size.

8. Place the pan in the oven, cover the dough with a wet cloth, put a bowl of hot water underneath, and do the second fermentation.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Remove the dough from the second fermentation and brush it over the egg yolk.
10. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, put it in the oven, bake it at 200 degrees for 12 minutes, and if the color is too deep in the middle, cover it with tin paper.
11. When it's cooked, take it out to cool, tear it open to see the lace, it's delicious.
