Honey bread
The fermentation is a bit of a hassle, but it's lovely to see the flour come out thick and soft.

How TO MADE Honey bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. Milk is heated to melt the yeast

3. Sieve the low and high flour into a light dough by hand and add softened butter and continue to knead until the flour is expansive
4. Fermented for 2 hours until doubled in volume
Steps 5 to 8
5. Divide the dough into nine parts, take one of the dough with a rolling stick, roll it flat, cut it in half, put it in the oven, and ferment it twice.
6. Second fermentation, the dough is doubled in size and can be put in the oven
7. Preheat the oven, mix the honeycomb oil and water and stir until ready to use.
8. The second fermentation is done in the oven at 170 degrees for 18 minutes, and then it's time to remove the honeycomb water and cook it again for 5 minutes before it's ready for cooking.
