A lovely sausage bread
We have a bakery here that has this little bread called Little Cute, and I love it.

How TO MADE A lovely sausage bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. The butter is softened to room temperature.
2. Pour warm milk into the wrapping machine, while adding salt and fine sugar.

4. Be careful not to contact the yeast with salt.
5. Open and knead, knead for 30 minutes, after 15 minutes pour softened butter into it, continue to knead.
6. After the dough is cooked, the fermentation is started for one hour.
7. Fermented to twice the thickness.
8. Remove the fermented dough and place it in the exhaust chamber.
9. Cut a piece of dough, rub the growth strips, take a small sausage, wrap it around the sausage, and add a little green onion.
10. Make a small sausage bread, put it on the grill, put tin paper on the grill, put it in the oven, put a bowl of boiling water in the oven, and do a second fermentation.
11. Ferment to twice the size, brush over the egg yolk.
12. Preheated oven, 180 degrees, baked for 15 minutes.
