Steps 1 to 4
1. The preparatory material is as follows...
2. Note: The plate for the egg whites must be dry, and there must be a little bit of watermelon in it. Oh! Otherwise, it's not easy to make the egg whites successfully! (I used to add a spoonful of oil to make the cake smell better, but it didn't smell at all, it was all watery!)
3. Add a spoonful of sugar and a drop of vinegar to the egg yolk and start baking in the same direction (because egg yolk is the key to the cake, although the egg yolk is a nuisance, but you have to stick to it!)
4. The first time, add sugar and vinegar, the second time, add sugar and vinegar, and the third time, add sugar and vinegar.
Steps 5 to 8
5. At the end of the third shot, it's like this... it's like a solid, even if you turn the plate upside down, it still doesn't go down, so it works!
6. Then it's part of the egg yolk! Stir the egg yolk, mix it with flour and baking powder in turn, then add sugar, salt (personally I don't like it sweet, so add a little salt and pepper!), mix the milk again (in one direction oh)
7. It's amazing to see how thick it is!
8. The next step is crucial... add the scrambled eggs to the egg yolk, and remember to divide the scrambled eggs into three parts.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Look at the method of mixing egg whites and egg yolks with chopsticks in the picture! (i.e. picking at both ends with chopsticks, remember this method!)
10. Ok... the part of the cake paste that looks like the picture is done!
11. Then apply cooking oil to the rice cooker, then cover the lid and cook the rice well, heat the cooker for 2 minutes.
12. After the hot pot, pour the dough into it, then grind it flat so that you can cover the lid and start cooking the rice! (Here it should be noted that my household rice cooker is relatively small, the inside is also small, so every time you jump the gate, you have to press and cook the rice again, so this cycle happens 3-4 times! If the rice cooker is larger, you can cycle 1-2 times!)
Steps 13 to 16
13. When you press the button, the third jump, you can sneak open the lid to see the effect, insert it with the chopsticks and take it out, if the chopsticks are not sticky and have a hot temperature, it proves that the cake has succeeded!
14. That's how you get the plate out...
15. Look at all the gold and yellow!
