How TO MADE Sweet bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. Milk and sugar are heated to a temperature of about 30 to 40 degrees Celsius, too high a temperature will kill the yeast.
2. Add the yeast and leave for about five minutes, and the sugar will provide a good growth environment for the yeast.
3. The ingredients other than butter are placed in the inside of the bread maker.
4. In the baking machine, salt is added first, high-strength flour is added, and then other materials are added, thus avoiding direct contact between salt and yeast.
5. Mix it until the dough is smooth, and then add the butter for a while.

7. Do the first fermentation, ferment it to about twice the size, sprinkle your fingers, poke into the dough and it won't shrink back.
8. Exhaust the dough, squeeze out as many of the bubbles in the dough as possible, divide into two parts, roll round, cover with a loose preservative film for 15 minutes.
9. Take out a small dough, compress it, wrap it in mashed potatoes, shape it to your liking, pick it up, and sprinkle it with spices.
10. Good shape, for final fermentation.
11. After fermentation, remove, preheat the oven 170 degrees for 10 minutes, put the bottom layer to bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
12. Sweet potato filling: After steaming the sweet potato, peel it, put it in the heat and mix the sugar and butter evenly.
