Fochacha
Focaccia, translated as Focaccia, is an Italian country bread that has been listed as one of the popular foods of the new millennium. Focaccia is simple in appearance, thick in texture, simple in preparation, and soft in the interior. How TO MADE Fochacha
Steps 1 to 4
1. Water, white sugar, high starch flour, salt, and yeast powder (opened with salt) are placed in a wrapping barrel, stirred loosely with a chopstick, and then poured into 10 grams of olive oil.
2. Start a dough process, knead the dough into a smooth, soft dough, and then do the basic fermentation, when the dough is fermented to 2.5 times the size (about 60 minutes).
3. The fermented dough is taken out, pressed flat, rolled and loose for 10 minutes, then baked with a doughnut stick into a 20--25 cm round cake shape, placed in the baking tray (I baked directly in the baking tray), and cut some small pieces on the dough with scissors.
4. Brush with olive oil (it doesn't matter if you brush more, the oil will be absorbed during the baking process).
Steps 5 to 8
5. Add garlic slices to the cut edge of the knife.
6. Salt and black pepper powder are evenly sprinkled (now ground black pepper powder is more fragrant) and the dough is fermented a second time for 20 minutes.
7. Place the middle layer of the oven in a preheated oven, 175 degrees, 25 ⁇ 30 minutes.
8. It can be baked until it turns yellow on the surface.
