The swan is ice cream.
The first time I learned how to make a swan puff, it looked really bad! Especially that neck is especially hard to do! You'll see! I put ice cream in the middle, it's too hot to do it on the side!

How TO MADE The swan is ice cream.
Steps 1 to 4
1. Put butter, salt and boiling water in a small pot and switch on the fire.
2. Put the low-powder screen in the butter water.
3. Stir evenly with a scraper, put the saucepan back on the fire, heat the saucepan and stir continuously until a thin film forms at the bottom of the saucepan.
4. Spread the eggs, put the dough in the bowl, add the egg juice several times, and stir.

6. Put the dough in a bag of flowers.
7. First, cut the bag a little bit, and squeeze two words on the oven paper, preferably squeeze two shapes, I only squeeze one.
8. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for five minutes, then put it in the oven for a while and then take it out.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Then cut the bags into larger pieces and squeeze the water droplets out of the pan.
10. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes, then soak in the oven for 10 minutes and take out to dry.
11. Cut the foam from the middle and lower layers, then cut the top half.
12. It's usually light cream in the middle, and I use homemade ice cream.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Fill the bottom space with ice cream, put the neck in the front and put the wings on, and put the chocolate sauce on the eyes.
14. Swan's ice cream is done.
Handy cooking tips
It's usually filled with light cream! When making a swan's neck, it's best to squeeze it in two directions! Don't take it out of the oven right after baking!
