  Don't get too caught up in the square toast mold, it's too small, use a 450g rectangle to make a thick honey toast that smells like honey, make ice cream that smells like fresh fruit, and keep the summer heat away.

2.5 grams of rapidly soluble yeast
70 grams of cream
70 grams of milk
43 grams of white sugar
20 grams of butter

Steps 1 to 4

1. Place the intermediate ingredients (250 g of high-powder, 8 g of sugar, 1.5 g of quick-dissolving yeast, 70 g of fresh milk, 70 g of light cream, 10 g of one-protein butter) in a container, first put in the liquid milk, cream, protein, sugar, and butter, then put in the high-strength flour, dig a small hole in the flour, put in the yeast, start the baking machine for 20 minutes

2. If the dough is good, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it overnight.

5. The ingredients of the main dough (one protein, 35 g of fine sugar, 3 g of salt, 1 g of instant yeast, 10 g of butter) are also added to the bread bucket (salt and yeast should be opened separately and not mixed together, salt will inhibit the fermentation of the yeast)

6. Rub the dough for 20 minutes, check the condition of the dough, if you can pull out the thin film, if there are irregular holes, you can add softened butter, rub the dough for 15 minutes, pull out the dough, you can get a larger thick film

Steps 9 to 12

9. The roll is placed in the toast mold and relaxed for 15 minutes, allowing for a few lines on the surface for a good-looking texture (forgot to take a picture of T_T)

10. No lid, oven 180 degrees for 30 minutes

11. After cooling, the toast was removed from the mold, cut into 24 equal pieces (test of patience... cut in half for the photo), and I also used the mold to carve a little dragon cat.

12. Heat to melt, apply evenly to the toast, place in a preheated 180°C oven, bake for 10 to 15 minutes

13. The toast is poured into the toast shell in the order in which it is removed.

14. While it's hot, put on ice cream balls and fruit decorations.
