Cranberry toast in the middle

14. Take a piece of dough and knead it up and down from the middle to form a beef tongue.

16. All three doughs are rolled and then braided into a braid.

18. It is coated with a preservative film to ferment to about twice its original size, and the surface is brushed with a layer of whole egg juice.
