Steps 1 to 4
1. All ingredients except butter and walnuts are mixed together until the surface of the dough is smooth.

5. At the end of the basic fermentation, the dough is divided into six equal parts and loosened for 15 minutes after rolling.

7. The bottom of the cover is thinly pressed and rolled from top to bottom in an olive shape.
8. The surface of the dough is moistened, then the wheat germ is coated, placed on a griddle, and the final fermentation is carried out.
Steps 9 to 12
9. At the end of the fermentation, an opening is made in the middle of the dough with a knife or blade, and butter is squeezed into the opening.
10. Preheat in a 180°C oven, medium layer, heat up and down for about 20 minutes.
