Popovers and popcorn
This is what I learned in the COMPLETE BAKING book, when I first started looking at the recipe and the indicator diagram, I thought to myself, this thin dough can be baked into a muffin, but once the oven is heated to a certain extent, the dough inside really burns, it's cute.Given the excessive amount of materials used in the recipe in the book, the number of ingredients used in the recipe was reduced proportionally and modified accordingly, and peanut butter was added for more flavor.

Steps 1 to 4

Handy cooking tips
Do not pour too much dough, about five times full will be enough; do not open the oven during baking, so as not to dissipate the heat and cause the muffins to collapse; the taste of the muffins is light, you can add jam, cassava sauce and whipped cream.
