5. At the end of the process, take a small piece of dough and pull it slowly in the opposite direction with the thumb and forefinger of both hands, pulling out a very thin film that can be easily worn on the hand, this is what is commonly called the glove film.
6. By this time, the dough has reached the stage of complete cooking and can be used to make toast.

Place the dough in your hand back into the large dough in the bread bucket, knead it with both hands, then cover the bread bucket with a preservative film, then cover it with the lid of the baking machine (the purpose of this is to create a suitable temperature and humidity for fermentation, in order to prevent the volatile moisture of the dough from causing the outer skin to dry), ferment the dough to about 2 to 2.5 times its original size.
8. The fermented dough is removed from the exhaust, divided into four equal parts, covered with a preservative film and stirred for 15 minutes.
