Blueberry bread rolls
This is one of my favorite breads, and it's made with my own blueberry sauce, sour and sweet.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
130 grams of high-quality flour10 grams of milk powder60 grams of water30 grams of sugar2 grams of salt2.5 grams of high-sugar yeast15 grams of butterBlueberry sauce in moderation
How TO MADE Blueberry bread rolls
Steps 1 to 4
1. Mix in all ingredients except blueberry sauce and butter until the expansion stage
2. Adding butter to the expansion stage
3. For the first fermentation, the fermented dough does not shrink or collapse.
4. Remove the exhaust gas in five equal portions for 10 minutes.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Coated in blueberry sauce and rolled into a mold
6. Perform a second fermentation to complete 8 minutes of fermentation
7. Oven middle layer 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
Handy cooking tips
Different ovens, please adjust according to your oven, flour absorbs water differently, liquid should not be added at once
