The bread I buy from the oven and bake is the most common, although there is no special flavor bought outside, but it is made by hand, completely without additives, and the family also likes it.I didn't buy a bread maker, I made it entirely by hand, many of my friends would rather go out and buy one to eat, they said it was too tiring! Every time I see my family eating happily, I say it's worth it! I share my recipe, let's learn together!

How TO MADE Packaged meals

Steps 1 to 4

1. Prepare the ingredients, remove the butter, mix all the ingredients, add the right amount of water, make a circle with the chopsticks while adding the water, crush the flour into snowflakes and knead it into dough by hand (do not touch the dough with your hands)

2. After the dough is smoothed and the butter is softened, continue to knead.

3. Don't touch the dough, don't touch the dough, don't touch the dough, don't touch the dough, don't touch the dough, don't touch the dough.

4. The dough is covered and fermented to twice its size, and the fingers are inserted without shrinking, (about an hour!)

5. 25 pieces of dough, 10 minutes to wake up.

6. Wake up in the shape of a tongue, fold both sides, roll up!

7. It's all covered up and awake again in 30 minutes.

8. Wake up and put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

Steps 9 to 12

9. The dough is baked for 20 minutes, then the color is applied to the egg yolk, and one minute before it comes out of the oven, it is applied to the thin thin corn oil (locking the bread moisture), and it can be pulled out of the oven!

Handy cooking tips

This recipe is made in the summer, and may take a little longer to ferment in the winter.I only use 3 g of yeast, and it doesn't affect the original smell of the bread!
