How TO MADE Sour-sweet-alcohol-scented cranberry cheese bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. Put material A in the packing machine, stir for 10 minutes, pour into material B, repeat the dough process (if one dough is not mixed well, add another one) until the dough is finished (the weather is cold, maybe when the process arrives, the dough is not ready, then wait another twenty to thirty minutes, then it will be 2.5 to 3 times bigger)
2. The cheese is softened, all the fillings are mixed together and stirred until smooth.
3. Remove the exhaust and divide it into eight pieces for 10 minutes.
4. Put the filling in the dough, roll it into an olive shape, squeeze it and put it on the griddle facing upwards.
5. Place in the oven for a second fermentation for 45 minutes (open the bottom plate with water and set the oven to between 40 and 50 degrees)
6. Brush the whole egg juice on the bread, and tilt the scissors to cut one or two rows of knives.
7. Preheat at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
