  Every day of the New Year, big fish, big meat biscuit cake, it's time to eat a low-calorie, no-burden breakfast staple.This toast is simple and light, suitable to be combined with eggs, salad dressing, yogurt, etc. to enhance its flavor.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

200 grams of high-quality flour
One egg.
90 ml of milk
15 ml of purified water
30 g of white sugar
5 grams of salt
4 grams of yeast
20 grams of butter (optional)

Steps 1 to 4

1. Put the flour, sugar, salt, milk, and eggs in the baking machine, select the dough process twice (15 min x 2, if you want to add butter, add the dough a second time), then select the fermentation process (my baking machine fermentation process comes with the dough function, if not, you can add the dough process once and ferment it again).

2. Take out the fermented dough, boil it in a bubble, divide it into three equal parts, knead it into a smooth dough (I didn't because the time was more urgent), cover it with a fresh film and wake up for 10 minutes.

3. Gently roll each dough lengthwise.

4. Stacked in a bread maker (to make mountain toast)

5. Second fermentation (my method is to put a bowl of boiling water in the oven to ferment, 50min 60min)

6. Brush the surface with milk, preheat the oven to 175 °C, bake for about 35 minutes (adjusted according to your oven)
