1. First, mix 1.5 tablespoons of matcha powder with 3 tablespoons of boiling water evenly and let cool for backup.
2. First, the high-strength powder is poured through a sieve into a packing machine barrel.
3. Put salt in the corner of the bread maker.
4. Make a small hole in the middle of the flour with your finger and pour it into the yeast flour.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Measure the amount of sugar you need and pour a little into the packing machine.
6. The sugar is poured at the opposite end of the salt, i.e. the salt is in the upper left corner and the sugar is in the lower right corner.
7. The butter is softened at room temperature and placed in small pieces in a barrel.
8. Pour the previously brewed matcha into the bucket, do not waste what is left in the bowl, please see the next step.
Steps 9 to 12
9. In the tea bowl, pour 240 ml of milk (just a bag of pillows), mix the remaining tea evenly and pour it into the packing machine barrel, if you do not like this step, you can skip this step and pour the milk directly into the barrel.
10. Put the wrapping machine in the bucket, secure it, and close the lid.
11. Select the procedure, the bread machine starts working.
12. My bread maker chose procedure 1: basic bread, suggested if you are not in a hurry, choose procedure 3: sweet bread, the effect will be better (a little longer time)
Steps 13 to 16
13. When the bread maker adds the fruit, put in the pre-cured (cooked) honey red beans, lettuce, oh, just put the beans, no sugar water
14. Cover the lid and let it work.
15. All that's left is to wait.
16. When the bell rings again, the bread is baked.
17. Quickly pour out the bread to cool.
18. You can cut it after it dries.
19. I didn't find a bread knife that day, it was cut with a Swiss Jun knife, so the pattern wasn't very beautiful.
Handy cooking tips
Tips: A spoonful of 15 ml of black beans is made in advance, if you don't have anything to replace it, you can make a pure matcha bread, which is also good. In addition, after baking the bread, take it out to dry as soon as possible, otherwise the residual temperature will make the bread skin hard, the water vapor will not come out, affecting the taste.Cut it after it dries, so it's more stylish.
