  Since I learned to bake, breakfast and lunch, if it's bread cake, I basically make it myself one night in advance, I can eat it the next day, the ingredients of this bread are made from the material, the taste is not good.

Steps 1 to 4

1. Pour all the ingredients (except butter) into the bread maker and press the dough for 15 minutes.

2. Touch the dough with your hands, do not stick with your hands, add softened butter and continue stirring for 15 minutes

3. If not, stir for 5 to 15 minutes.

4. Place the mixed dough in the oven, cover it with a wet towel, and press the fermentation button for about 60 minutes, until it is 2.5 times larger

Steps 5 to 8

5. Soak in clean water for 30 minutes to dry, and use a towel or kitchen paper to dry the water.

7. Remove the dough, press the air out, divide it into quarters, and cover it with a preservative film for 15 minutes.

Handy cooking tips

  The original recipe was for milk, without milk I changed it to coconut milk, the original recipe was for cream cheese, I didn't have it either, so I put three pieces of instant cheese, about 50 grams
