No whole wheat bread

Steps 1 to 4
1. Add yeast to whey (or warm water, milk), add flour, whole wheat flour, oats, etc. to all your favorite flours, without adding sugar, red sugar honey is also ok.
2. Stir evenly.

4. Put it in the fridge overnight, half a day to a day.
5. The next day you take it out and you find that it's fermented twice as much, you take some oatmeal and flour, you put it on a board, you divide the dough into pieces, you put the flour on your hand to get the dough, you wrap it in cheese or soy sauce, and you make it.
6. Put it in the oven, bake it for five minutes, and let it ferment for about 20 minutes.
7. Add some water and sugar to the bread (it will turn into caramel) and bake at 220 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
