Bacon and cheese flatbread

6. The dough is poured over a clean surface coated with a layer of olive oil and kneaded for 5 to 10 minutes until the dough forms a smooth, elastic, and non-sticky soft dough.

8. The dough is placed in a clean container with olive oil, covered with a layer of preservative film or a moist towel, and left at room temperature to swell twice its volume.

13. Pour the fermented dough onto a surface with a small amount of olive oil.
